Founded in 2007, TravisMathew draws its inspiration from all aspects of Southern California culture and lifestyle. The company TravisMathew had been trying to find itself for the past couple years. How do you keep the fun and humor of the southern California lifestyle without alienating our roots in golf? With the help of a creative team that always stayed positive and open-minded, we were able to gradually move away from the golf driven design of the past and create more of a brand that embodies the "take it easy" attitude that many here know and love. And even if the brand is labeled the "Happy Gilmore" of golf, some would consider that a compliment.
I was fortunate to lead a multitude of marketing projects including monthly delivery launches, continual website updates, catalog creation along with social and email campaigns. Primarily a delivery launch would consist of aesthetic concepting, pitching layout & photo treatment, and typeface & vector art development. Once the Marketing & Ecomm Directors have chosen a direction it is up to me to delegate and coordinate with the Jr Designers to implement and execute consistently and effectively across all marketing platforms.
